I. Ownership of All Work
Every element of this website and of every property produced under 4thePeople Ministries and its divisions — 4thePeople Media, 4thePeople Publishing, and all associated Ministry and client work — is the exclusive intellectual property of 4thePeople Ministries and/or its lawful licensors. This includes, without limitation:
This work is protected by United States copyright law and by applicable international copyright treaties from the moment of its creation. No registration, symbol, or further act is required for that protection to exist — though such rights may also be registered and enforced.
- All source code, markup, stylesheets, scripts, and structure (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and every other file, whether visible in the browser or not);
- All visual design, layout, composition, color systems, typography, spacing, and the overall "look and feel";
- All text, copy, wording, and written content;
- All images, artwork, graphics, logos, cover art, icons, and photography;
- All published works, manuscripts, typesetting, interior layouts, and formatted editions;
- All audio, video, streaming assets, and media productions;
- All names, marks, and branding of 4thePeople Ministries and its divisions.
II. What Is Strictly Prohibited
You may not, in whole or in part, and by any means now known or later devised:
Take Nothing. The prohibition above applies to every element, however small. Do not assume any portion of this work is free to take. If it is not yours, and you do not have written permission, leave it exactly where it is.
- Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or clone any portion of this work;
- Cut, paste, extract, scrape, harvest, or download any code, text, image, or asset for reuse;
- Republish, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer any part of this work;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from it;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or repurpose its code or design;
- Imitate its design, layout, or "look and feel" to pass off other work as your own;
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, mark, or attribution.
III. Enforcement — Read This Carefully
4thePeople Ministries treats the theft of its work with the utmost seriousness and pursues every available remedy without hesitation, warning, or exception. Any person or entity that copies, steals, imitates, or misuses this work should expect the full and immediate response of the law.
Remedies that 4thePeople Ministries may pursue include, without limitation:
Understand this plainly. There will be no courtesy notice and no second chance extended as a matter of right. Infringement will be documented, preserved as evidence, and acted upon. Willful infringement carries the heaviest penalties the law provides, and those penalties will be sought in full.
- Civil action for copyright infringement, seeking the maximum monetary damages permitted by law, including statutory damages, actual damages, and the infringer's profits;
- Recovery of legal costs and attorneys' fees to the fullest extent the law allows;
- Injunctions and court orders compelling the immediate removal and destruction of all infringing material;
- Takedown demands under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) issued to hosts, registrars, platforms, and search engines;
- Referral to the appropriate authorities where the conduct rises to criminal copyright infringement under federal law.
IV. Client Work
Work produced by 4thePeople Media and 4thePeople Publishing for clients remains the intellectual property of 4thePeople Ministries except where ownership has been transferred in a signed written agreement. Where a client has been granted the right to use a work, that grant is a limited license for the client's own use only — it conveys no right to copy, resell, sublicense, hand off to another provider, or reproduce the work beyond the terms of that agreement. All rights not expressly granted in writing are reserved.
V. Requesting Permission
Permission to use any portion of this work may be granted only in advance and only in writing, signed by an authorized representative of 4thePeople Ministries. If you wish to license or use any material, contact 4thePeople Ministries before doing anything. Silence is not permission. Availability is not permission. The only permission that counts is written permission you hold in hand.
VI. Reservation of Rights
All rights are expressly reserved. Nothing on this website or in any 4thePeople property shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any work without prior written consent. No failure or delay by 4thePeople Ministries in enforcing any right waives that right or any other.
